Assist the Head of Production, Leads, and Producers in accurately tracking and managing project resources to meet production schedules and maintain a coherent vision throughout the entire production.
Regularly assess production schedules and task assignments to keep current project work on schedule, budget whilst maintaining our quality.
Assist on project-specific production processes, proactively seek out blockers and clear them, escalating when the need arises to increase the team's efficiency and effectiveness wherever possible.
Oversee training initiatives with Leads and Producers, ensure that appropriate materials are purchased, programs are followed, and measure the success of individual training initiatives. Where possible, research and identify corporate/individual training grants and subsidies from public and private institutions.
Work with team leads and the People Hub team to ensure smooth onboarding of new team members.
Track and ensure that operational needs of teams are met (hardware, software, etc.), work with the relevant departments to ensure that needs are fulfilled.
Schedule team meetings, also providing actionable notes to attendees' post team meetings.
Assist the Head of Production with managing and communicating employee benefit plans in conjunction with the General Managers, Finance team, and People Hub team.
Assist Leads and Producers in defining monthly deliverables for projects/strike teams.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Adept at the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
An ability to listen intently and understand engineer and artist needs.
Must be able to effectively communicate risks and obstacles both to managed team members, as well as to your direct supervisor.
