Uraian Tugas

Assist in establishing and implementing training processes as well as strategies for all technical positions.

Schedule and hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress as well as to address any questions or challenges faced regarding projects.
Ensure deliverables, roles, and responsibilities of team members required to be part of specific projects or initiatives are clear and concise
Analyze, plan, and develop necessary requirements and standards in reference to upcoming projects.
Communicate with internal and external shareholders on project status, deliverables, and overall project plans in the form of written reports as well as conference calls and meetings.
Take part in researching and evaluating both hardware and software technology options, along with the cost/benefit analysis when making purchases on behalf of the company if required.

You have experience in Agile, Scrummaster, Project Management or related technical field.
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
You have experience developing performant real-time interactive web applications.
A managerial experience that applies analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
You have strong knowledge of popular front-end JavaScript libraries such as React, Vue, and/or Angular.
You’re experienced with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or other relevant cloud computing technologies.
