Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and proactive manner.
Oversee the customer order execution from purchase orders to goods delivery.
Proactively communicate with customers to build an excellent relationships.
Ensure performance and KPIs are in line with set targets.
Liaise with internal stakeholders i.e. production, quality and product development to serve the specific customer needs.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably major in Communication/Public Relation. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
Good knowledge of CRM/Customer Handling
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in Ms. Excel
