Uraian Tugas

  • Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and proactive manner.

  • Oversee the customer order execution from purchase orders to goods delivery.

  • Proactively communicate with customers to build an excellent relationships.

  • Ensure performance and KPIs are in line with set targets.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders i.e. production, quality and product development to serve the specific customer needs. 


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably major in Communication/Public Relation. Fresh graduate welcome to apply.

  • Good knowledge of CRM/Customer Handling

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in Ms. Excel

  • Good communication, professionalism, agile, collaborative, self driven, and highly motivated
