Uraian Tugas

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques..
  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across all channels including email, social media, content marketing, and advertising.
  • Lead a sales team and collaborate with them and creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and assets that showcase our offerings and ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvements which include data analytics.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability for the company
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in B2B marketing.

Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • 4+ years proven working experience in B2B marketing, sales or related fields, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
  • Good understanding of brand campaign indicators, metrics, analytics, and media to develop creative strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and set goals with them.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • English speaking proficiency is required.
