Product Management

As a Product Manager, you will be the key focal point between the business, engineering, and design teams, to implement product strategy, road maps, and features while adhering to business goals. Your main responsibility includes (but not limited to):

• Define and drive product strategies by building a product roadmap to achieve product goals
• Build product solutions for both internal and external end-users
• Initiate, analyse, propose, and launch new product ideas (product development)
• Develop product proposals, concept, and product requirement documents
• Analyse product performance and identify opportunities to improve existing products
• Oversee and work closely with business teams to support product launches and go-to-market plans
• Conduct market intelligence to maintain product offering
• Work closely with Software Engineers, QA Engineers and, Designer on product and UI/UX implementations

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from any related major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Management role
• Good communication in both spoken and written forms
• Ability to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Strong ownership and team spirit
• Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated a track record of efficient working in a fast-paced environment
