Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments (internal and external)
Coordinate guest arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Syarat & Kualifikasi
Fresh graduate or final university student (best if you are majoring in administration or related field).
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
Able to multitask without compromising the quality of the work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have strong organizational and responsiveness skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
