Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games
Profile GPU and CPU usage to identify bottlenecks and improve frame rates and memory usage.
Implement and optimize rendering pipelines, shaders, visual effects, lighting models, and post-processing techniques to achieve high-quality visuals and real-time performance.
Integrate new rendering techniques and emerging technologies (e.g., ray tracing, real-time GI, HDR, advanced anti-aliasing) to continuously enhance visual fidelity.
Work closely with technical artists, designers, and programmers to streamline the asset pipeline and ensure that graphics features are integrated efficiently.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure that graphical assets and tools meet project needs and schedules.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to maintain coding standards, optimize workflow, and improve code quality.
Syarat & Kualifikasi
Proven experience (2+ years) in graphics programming for games or real-time applications.
Strong proficiency in C# and familiarity with other programming languages commonly used in game development (C, C++, HLSL, GLSL).
Experience developing and optimizing graphics features in Unity
Solid debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes of visual or performance issues.
In-depth knowledge of modern rendering APIs (e.g., DirectX, Vulkan, OpenGL) and GPU architectures.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
