Uraian Tugas

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX designer to join our creative and passionate design team for various in-studio projects at our Gameloft office in Indonesia. This is an excellent opportunity for talented designers with a solid design background, a human-centered approach, and the ability to create polished and effective designs independently.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative strategy and execution for games across various platforms.
  • Collaborate and interact with cross-disciplinary team members to deliver UI solutions, from research to interactive prototypes and in-game integration to high-fidelity mockups.
  • Develop innovative User experience solutions from conception to the final delivery.
  • Responsible for creating accessible and intuitive experiences based on the best industry practices while pushing the boundaries.
  • Get ahead of industry trends and proactively recommend changes to improve the diversified portfolio of games.
  • Provide and maintain clear documentation of the features you work on
  • Coordinate with other studios as and when necessary.
  • Work autonomously and own features.
  • Refine the look and feel of the UI, taking feedback from design, stakeholders, and leadership to create the most user-friendly and visually appealing experiences.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a solid portfolio of games demonstrating the complete cycle of design projects.
  • Advanced skills in industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Good understanding of UX principles, design knowledge (wireframing, prototyping) and visual design (composition, typography, layout and colour theory)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality games
  • Good problem-solving skills with the capability of owning and being accountable
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to present ideas confidently
  • A strong team player who can give and receive constructive feedback from peers.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
