Uraian Tugas

Media Relations & Events

Build and maintain positive, mutually beneficial relations with media, government, and other public stakeholders
Manage media engagement: arranging interviews, maintaining the media database, preparing briefs/story pitches, and creating press releases (including media kits)
Monitor and analyze media coverage related to company activities, events, and announcements
Support the planning and execution of internal and external events, serving as liaison with third-party vendors/partners

Social Media Management

Collaborate with the Creative Production team to produce engaging social media content highlighting Agate’s branding, services, and products
Monitor digital trends and audience engagement, providing reports and insights to evaluate communication effectiveness
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, while adapting to audience expectations

Corporate Relations

Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that strengthen Agate’s industry presence
Coordinate corporate merchandise and hampers requests by collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, branding, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome)
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and storytelling ability
Good understanding of media operations and social media platforms
Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
High ownership, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
