Uraian Tugas

We’re seeking a results-driven Mobile Games Optimization Manager to lead our efforts in driving organic downloads and boosting store visibility for our mobile games. You’ll be responsible for maximizing install performance through App Store Optimization (ASO), growth experimentation, and cross-platform distribution strategies. Your work will directly impact the success of our game launches and live operations.

Key Responsibilities

As the Mobile Games Optimization Manager, you will lead the end-to-end strategy to grow downloads and optimize visibility across mobile app stores. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to drive organic growth through App Store Optimization (ASO), content positioning, keyword optimization, and visual asset enhancement
  • Managing and optimizing app store listings on Google Play and the Apple App Store, including metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords), icons, screenshots, and videos
  • Running continuous A/B tests on store creatives and messaging to improve conversion rates (CVR) and maximize install performance
  • Monitoring and improving the user acquisition funnel (impressions → page views → installs), identifying friction points and growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with the User Acquisition team to align organic and paid campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and optimizing CPI
  • Identifying and testing new acquisition channels, such as pre-registration events, referral programs, and influencer-led growth initiatives
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (product, creative, community) to prepare store updates, seasonal launches, and event-driven content that supports live ops and player engagement
  • Tracked and analyzed store and campaign performance using tools like Google Play Console, App Store Connect, Firebase, etc.
  • Delivering clear, actionable insights and weekly reports to leadership, design, and marketing teams to guide ongoing iteration and optimization


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • 3+ years of experience in ASO, growth marketing, or mobile game publishing
  • Proven ability to increase organic downloads for mobile apps or games
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Play and Apple App Store ecosystems
  • Proficient with analytics and ASO tools (e.g., Google Play Console, App Store Connect)
  • Experience managing store updates, metadata, and release timelines
  • Fluent in English is a plus
