Game Master (GM)

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Game Master to help manage in-game events, support players, maintain fun environment and engaging experience for everyone. If you’re a gamer at heart, love interacting with communities, and enjoy being part of the action behind the scene, you might be the chosen ones!

Your kind of daily quests:

• Monitor in-game activity
• Ensure a smooth, fair, and enjoyable experience for all players.
• Organize and manage in-game events, challenges, Social Media and special activities.
• Respond to player inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate bugs or concerns to the dev team. Be the awesome customer service.
• Maintain community guidelines and address any violations appropriately.
• Gather feedback from players and report insights to help improve gameplay and community engagement.
• Work closely with the team members to align player needs with game development.

• Passionate gamer with good knowledge of online multiplayer games (especially battle royale/MMORPG/casual gamer).
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage positively with diverse team members and communities.
• Familiarity with game moderation tools and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft basic tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint and such)
• Detail-oriented and responsible in managing logs, reports, and in-game tasks.
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends or event-based schedules if needed.
• Prior experience as a GM, customer service, community mod, or support staff is a plus!
